Renowned for its beauty, Latchi is a seriously charming, sleepy fishing village located on the northwest coast of Cyprus, nestled next to the incredible Akamas Peninsula and National Park. Life in Latchi is quiet, laid back and tranquil, yet there is plenty to enjoy; the Blue Lagoon is on your doorstep so boat trips are a plenty, as are lovely beaches, watersports, wonderful fish taverns, nature trails with breath-taking views, and more.

Boating is a big pull in Latchi – the old harbour is picturesque, and dedicated to fishing boats whereas the newer marina is home to recreational boats and yachts. Located in the Polis (or Poli Crysochous) district, Latchi (or Latsi) has a few shops and amenities of its own and is only a five minute drive from larger village Polis, with more amenities on offer. A new highway that will link Paphos to Polis is currently under construction (expected to be finished around summer 2024), making access to Polis and Latchi much easier and quicker, which will inevitably further boost investment in the area.
