Following a successful partnership with Galaxia Estates, we, Martin Cook and Mark Petts, recognised the need to launch our independent venture as Comark Estates in 2021 in order to truly be able to focus on our expanding portfolio and client base. With over 50 years’ combined experience in real estate, and a portfolio worth over €200 000 000.00 we are proud to offer our clients the very best service and expertise in property sales in Cyprus.

‘Comark Estates’ is a Registered Trade Name. The entity trading under ‘Comark Estates’ that is legally responsible, is ‘Costas Stylianou & Son (Estates) Ltd’ operating in the property market since 1986.

Our Team:

MARTIN COOK:

Martin’s successful property career started in London 1979 where he launched himself into dealing with commercial property investments with a leading Mayfair commercial property consultancy. Martin then left London for the greenbelt and focused on selling high class homes for a leading family-run estate agency in Buckinghamshire.

With great success he came with his family to the sun and continued to sell homes in Cyprus.

Martin has 2 children, his son following in his footsteps at a commercial property asset management company also in Mayfair.

Cyprus offers the perfect climate for Martin to pursue his love of outdoor pursuits including golf, football, tennis and countryside walking.

LISA SOFOCLEOUS:

Lisa loves her work and found her calling in bringing together happy house hunters with their perfect Mediterranean home.  Seeing our beautiful island of Cyprus through new eyes, everyday with visitors from all over the world, is a great working environment. 

She started in Commercial Estate sales in Kent, UK and moved to Cyprus in 1990 to assist in running her family hotel business in Pissouri.  Happily married in Pissouri with 3 children, she brings her family ethos to her work and strives to ensure that all transactions are carried out with transparency and good communication resulting in a smooth transition for both Sellers and Buyers.  Her huge success both in the Paphos and Limassol is testament to her commitment and passion for the job.

MARK PETTS:

Having completed his degree then worked in Marketing in the UK, Mark moved to Cyprus to support his family’s holiday rental business, Aphroditerentals.com, in 2007 and transformed the company into the success that it is today: with an annual rental turnover of over €1,000,000 and portfolio of over 100 villas and apartments on Aphrodite Hills Resort. Mark recognised the natural direction of embarking on property sales on the Resort, which led to the fruitful partnership with Martin and their expansion into Pissouri, Paphos and Limassol. Mark lives on Aphrodite Hills with his wife and daughter and is a keen sportsman – always happy to talk over a round of golf or tennis match.
