MARTIN COOK:

Martin’s successful property career started in London 1979 where he launched himself into dealing with commercial property investments with a leading Mayfair commercial property consultancy. Martin then left London for the greenbelt and focused on selling high class homes for a leading family-run estate agency in Buckinghamshire.

With great success he came with his family to the sun and continued to sell homes in Cyprus. Martin has now lived in Cyprus for over 30 years, and is one of the founding partners and Directors of Comark Estates. Over this span of time on the island he has built up a fountain of knowledge of the Cyprus Real Estate market and has an extensive network of contacts too.

Martin has 2 children, his son following in his footsteps, is now an Investment Portfolio Manager at a leading International Commercial Agent also near Mayfair, and his daughter works for an Asset Management Company in Sydney.

Cyprus offers the perfect climate for Martin to pursue his love of outdoor pursuits including golf, football, tennis and countryside walking.
